Persons pleaded not guilty in Greene County district court during the week ending Sept. 30 as follows: Roberto Villarreal, 67, of Perry, operating while intoxicated. A trial date was set for Nov. 1.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Robert E. Barnard Jr, 56, of Des Moines, is charged with dominion/control of firearm/offensive weapon by felon, dominion/control of firearm by domestic abuse offender, and possession of marijuana. The case was initiated 1/27/2020; the warrant was served 9/12/2022.
A case was initiated during the week ending Sept. 30 against Enrique Ramon Pacheco, 29, of Jefferson, on a charge of domestic abuse assault causing injury or mental illness.
